I got my holy grail, an original cel from my all-time favorite episode of the Fred Wolf TMNT cartoon, "The Big Cufflink Caper". As some of you know I've been on the hunt for nearly a decade. I wanted a shot of any turtle (or multiple) wearing their mobster zoot suits from the scene where they went to Big Louie for an inside scoop. Always been very into mafia media, so seeing the turtles wrapped up in it with those wild outfits always tickled me. Years ago I encountered one of Raph in someone's collection on CAF (who never replied to my asking if they'd sell), & another of Michelangelo popped up a year or two back for around $400 on ebay, but that was a price beyond comprehension. Fortunately, Steve Lavigne threw one on Facebook during his little Black Friday sale, & with a bit of assistance from Oldmanwinters I was able to nab it! Showed up the day after my birthday, one hell of a present. I know it's not much to most people, but for me it's super special. Very glad to have it.

Congrats Powder! It's a great feeling to find something you've been after forever. Cels from TMNT in general aren't very rare, BUT very specific scenes from specific episodes can be quite a pain to track down. I'd like to find a cel from the original theme song one day.

IDW TMNT #79 Cover by Dave Wachter

I don't buy much art from the IDW series, but I saw this one and it just called to me. It strikes me as a great example of the IDW version of the TMNT along with a cool Triceraton in the background. Very happy to have this one.

I was thinking about that one as well, but I don't have my redundancy payout just yet to justify it

Merry Christmas everyone!

Pieces I've had for a while but finally got framed together. Love em! Got my favorite pages from issue #3 so can scratch this book off the want list.

That's a nice looking mix-up. How did the mix-up take place?
