Most movies intentionally leave things open because not every little thing needs to be explained and backstories are left vague for the mystery aspect of it.

Superman can control his strength so sex isn't a problem but the question of the ages is if during ejaculation the sperm shooting out would be like shooting a gun inside her vagina.

You should read a graphic novel called "The Pro" by Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner if you want to see an interesting application of this theory, albeit with a Superman expy/analogue.
