Oh thank god. Yeah, In all honesty, the LAST thing I wanted from this new show is an element of the lesser incarnations of TMNT.

Gotta say, with all the speculation of her turning into a character from one of the past incarnations, the form they stuck with was truly unexpected and surprisingly works for the character and the story.
And hey, she can change back to human (for the most part), so fans who preferred her original design should be happy.

I'm so extremely pleased! Thank you Ciro! :') I got my wish! Now, people can stop posting up thing about Karai being Venus or Mona!!

(Someone put up a joke about her mutating into Rocksteady lol, and some people believed it. I'm not kidding. Not.even.a little. )

She even put a disclaimer in the tags and people still fell for it.

I'm actually glad Karai retained her armor even after her mutation, so I'm believing Baxter Stockman creates a similar mutagen when mutating Steranko (hence retaining the gold armor), but I'm not sure yet.

Was genuinely surprised when Karai also mutated into a white serpent. Thank god for an original mutant and it surprisingly works for Karai's character.

Well the cockroach kinda fused with his inorganic items, so It's not too surprising to me. I'm glad they did it too! Her eyebrows (?) are in the same design as her make up and I love that.

I agree, pleasantly surprised! : )

At first, I didn't care. Now, I don't like it. Too many mutations. So now she's Miwa/Karai and a mutant.
