Not trying to defend him, but there is thing Pokemon manga uncensored versions, though I mean, those are aimed slightly different than those from the anime, especially "Electic Tale of Pikachu" which I can't bring myself to read the english version of because the edits are so obvious it takes me out of it.

though to be fair, any digimon that do get sexualized is at least an Adult, no child digimon gets officially sexualized. Though if you are refferring to human character, Nene from Xros manga gets sexualized...I miss Manga Nene, she was so much fun.
