TMNT has had a lot of media in the years so let's list them
Let's first start off with the comics. It was originally owned by Mirage Studios before Peter Laird solid the franchise to Nickelodeon and now owned by Nickelodeon. As well as a lot of games but let's only list the comics,Tv shows, and Movies for simplicity. How about the Fleetway comics? They were at least originally published in English.

Fleetway's comics were a combination of Archie and their own stories. It was okay for what it was but nothing amazing.

You're missing the Mexican TMNT comic which re-drew some archie comics as well as some original ones as well. There were also the TMNT magazine strips. An unofficial TMNT comic, Vol 3 of Mirage is technically non canon so it's "separate". you're missing the COOTS tour continuity which was its own thing. 2012 had two separate comics not just one. you're also missing the video games which is another mess.

A daily comic strip was also published in English during the 1990's.
