Possible Loyal Subjects 5in Line
saw this one twitter...keep your eyes open for the possibility of these, although they do look very similar to figuarts

How many turtles lines do we need? It's just overload at this point, buying the same thing over and over

Damn, these are the most amazing TMNT figures ever, I would have said 12 years ago.

So they're shorter than the figuarts line was, and they cost more? Will anyone want these?

There probably will not be any other characters than the turtles.
I like their blind box figures. I’m surprised Loyal Subjects did not do these 5 inch figures in the style of the blind box figures. |

I actually dig the look of these. If they're 5" tall then they'll scale well with Marvel Legends, and they look to have a decent amount of articulation - enough, but not too much to ruin the aesthetics.
I usually only buy Mirage and 1990 Movie-related figures, but I might make an exception for these. |

TMNT is an IP that begs for a solid 4" scale toyline. Vehicles, scale across figures, playsets, all of it would be amazing at the same scale as something like G.I. Joe 25th.

$80? I thought the price tag for this line is $15.99. I felt like they were a good deal for $15.99

At $80... wow. Even a Playmates boxset makes more sense than that. |

Yeah.. these are a hard pass for me.
I already have the S.H Figuarts Turtles, so I don't need these blatant copies. And for 80 dollars it's a definite no. |

"nu-retro" tmnt style. hard pass. the modern artwork meant to look like the retro/80s style is soulless trash, and this is clearly based on that. be true to the vintage aesthetic or don't bother

This. But apparently 3.75" figures don't sell right now

That is the feeling for whatever reason even though the new Marvel Legends line is being hyped to no end, the Jurassic Park line has been going strong in the scale for some time now and G.I. Joe and Star Wars are still being pumped out.
A 3 3/4" or better yet - 4" scale TMNT line would crush it. |

If these are Loyal Subjects then maybe they bought them from Figuarts. If so maybe they will do the Shredder we never got. I know probably not, but that could be cool.

According to Toyark "When these become available in the US, they should retail for roughly $15 each. We’ll update as further details and official images are released. Read on to see the available preview images." I would figure they would sell for the same prices as the previous line. I agree if they are $30 I will skip as I have my neca and super 7 (man, are we spoiled now or what?!). I will 100% pick up the Beetlejuice animated series figures though! lol

I wonder if this means Loyal Subjects wants to fill the MOTU Origins style whole Playmates is leaving wide open. If these are easy to get for $15.00 I will definitely pick up a set. My nephew loves to play with my turtle figures and these would be a nice articulated option I won't mind if he looses. He rarely breaks stuff. It's just things don't always make it back where they go.
