Yeah, I'm still sticking with my previous guesses:
Volume 11 Casey/ Triceraton/ Rat King Volume 12 Old Hob/ Bishop Volume 13 Karai That being said if the current pattern of odd numbered volumes featuring turtles on the cover continues then 11 could be Metalhead Mk2 and 13 could be Jennika, although this could mean way too many yellow spines for my liking. |

So I've been trying to work out where the remaining back-up stories would fit in
and this is the best I can figure for each of them: U12-15: Prey: After U15 U16/17: Triceratots: Before 076 U18: Mutagen Maintenance: Before U23 U19: Kingdom of Rats prelude: Before 081 U20: Through Red Eyes: After U20 U21: How Woody Spent His Triceraton Invasion: After 078 U22: Dangerous Waters: Before 085 U23: Nobody Cares: After U24 U24: Life at Sea: After U24 I think the order Nines has put them in is probably correct. Any thoughts? |

Anyone have a secret to getting these in decent condition from Amazon? I'm tired of playing the return game.

My volume 1's binding is broken, the pages are all falling out. I've only read it twice. Not sure what the best thing to do is

Are all the other ones OK? I seem to remember the first batch of vol1 doing this.

Are they glued in or sewn in? I would suggest finding some kind of book repair.

The other ones are okay, it seems glued in.I can see the signatures are just falling out. Seems like you can get a binding glue at Michaels, I might try that before buying another book. The other ones seem to hold up, but I dont want to be terrified to read them!

Books are usually printed in 8 or 16 page chunks, and those booklets are sewn together to make a book. So the chunks of the books are what are falling out! :
Good to know they fixed the binding, the other volumes seem more sturdy, so I might just pick up a new copy.

That's the perennial downfall of ordering such items online. It sucks and why they allow it to happen confounds me

At least yours has turned up within reasonable time; mine is slated for delivery any time between August 19th and September 17th! You'd think they would make sure there would be enough copies to cover the preorders.

I still love the hardbacks, but I'm slightly disappointed with the color choices lately. Baby-$hit yellow for Slash instead of black or green, weird baby-$hit brown/tan color for Krang in January instead of pink...

I still held off getting these hardcovers because I get the feeling the series will be re-released again in better collections. I made the mistake of buying all the TPB's that collect 4 issues or so up to issue 50 and then had to sell them all.
