Blueberries. So good and definitely at peak now. Some of these suckers in the containers I bought are the size of coat buttons.

7 scrambled eggs with a can of white tuna and shredded cheddar cheese mixed together. Lots of protein.

what's your secret? I have attempted making garlic butter steak bites a few times and they have come out in varying degrees of "meh."

A bit of refried beans, cheese and a touch of taco sauce between two soft taco shells (3 in total), then baked. Also, watermelon.

I made two pans of Pizza that the guests called the best they've ever eaten. It was a lot of fun to make them too.

Triple cheese pizza with garlic sauce from Papa Johns; cold shrimp; cracker/cheese/meat sampler and almost 2 bottles of blueberry wine to party for New Year's. It's amazing I'm not sick and it's 2:08 AM and I'm not tired.

This evening, my family went to a high-end Cajun restaurant to celebrate my sister's 29th birthday. For an appetizer, we had alligator with alligator sauce; and for the main meal, I had the fried shrimp combo, which comes with shrimp, cat fish and chicken tenders. I never had alligator before today and it was so similar to chicken nuggets; you couldn't tell a difference. If you put alligator and chicken nuggets next to each other, you couldn't tell a difference. It was good for a first time ever.

I didn't know any restaurant in the U.S. actually sold alligator meat to eat.

Well, that's a new one. o.O
One we used to have around here had rattlesnake. Never tried it, but it was, I think, bits of meat mixed up in breading and spices balled up like hushpuppies. Never seen alligator on any menus though! |

Before, I thought alligator meat would be on restaurant menus from the deep south like Louisiana or Florida.
