I truly hate DV and those responsible. But **** him. Hopefully Hollywood will be safe from some bland reboots for a while.

Talentless? Not to defend the guy, but just to do a simple math exercise... Kurtzman + Orci = Star Trek 2009. Which isn't Star Trek but it's... kind of watchable? It has a "certain charm"? Kurtzman minus Orci = Star Trek: Discovery. Completely unwatchable.

Well, I'd take SNW over that JJ Kelvin crap (if squint hard enough, it almost resembles Trek, really hard).
