Gotcha. Well it definitely wasn’t any type of automatic.

Also, Trump now has Master Splinter ear. Next debate being held on an NYC rooftop.

Five or six shots in the space of a few seconds suggests a semi automatic to me.

So looks like my original conclusion right afterwards was probably correct, not an anti Trump left, but a mentally ill right winger allowed access to firearms for whatever reason. Another success for the law and his parents

I'm not gonna lie though. Trump's "bro fist" was pretty powerful though. LOL I'm glad he is OK.

Bro! You hit the nail right on the head. LMAO! I just use this forum to have fun and geek out on some interesting topics here. Since my join date, I have ran into extreme homophobic and racist imbeciles on this forum. I don't pay any mind to them because my life is awesome and they are mediocre basement babies that love being keyboard warriors but cowards in real life. I'm not political by any means so I do not have any wings. I'm not a bird. Left wingers and right wingers.... it's all a scam.

Watching the footage it was 3 shots, then 5~6 shots. From what I can see/tell it was 3 from a semi-automatic rifle (one pull of the trigger one shot) then return fire from Secret Service at a higher rate (probably semi-automatic as well with better experience). I am not sure if you meant "semi-automatic" to mean anything negative because the vast majority of firearms right now are semi-automatic.

There is no telling right now. He was registered republican but voted with his pockets Democrat. his district is Democrat at a 3:1 ratio last election so...wait and see (past snark I guess).

He voted with his pocket. He (potentially) donated money to a democrat cause a year or two ago so we don't know which political leaning he has right now. Him registering republican could be as much for him to influence the primary then vote dem in the election as him actually supporting the GOP.

This guy just threw away his life. A guy barely out of High School (graduated in 2022), and then does this, and then dies. Guy was what, around 20?

Just think this guy was a young teenager when Trump was president in 2016.

And stupid leftists making posts like "What are the people on the right going to say about this shooter's gun rights now?! Should he have had them?" These people are insane.

So I guess the conspiracy theories of this being "staged" are over huh. The shooter is dead, and one (or is it two?) of the audience members sitting behind Trump got killed. This was basically a mass shooting/assassination attempt by some 20 year old with a gun.

Hey, don't underestimate people who love conspiracies. I haven't looked at a damn thing online, other than a few articles immediately after it happened, and this forum alone is an interesting twisting and conflicting of conspiracies being thrown around. Can't imagine what social media looks like. Someone will inevitably keep coming up with more wacky ideas they "suspect" or are certain of.

No way it was staged, but the Secret Service obviously allowed the shooter to get into position and fire off multiple shots. That’s a fact. As blatant as the Capital Police letting the protesters in on January 6th.

As for the shooter, could possibly be a MK Ultra victim. We’ll see what else comes out about him.

I’ve always argued that applications for weapon ownership should be subject to a valid psychiatric assessment, they are in many other countries before you are granted a licence to own firearms. If you then say it impinges the Second Amendment, it never defines the specific rights or what firearms.

Because every single time people start talking about violating the second amendment it starts with "AK" or "AR". It is the boogeyman of guns to the left. Could someone have used it? Sure. However, a long rifle is much easier to get, a better weapon for what he did and is much better for the job that would have attracted less attention for better success. Since "AK" has gone away in the media chances are he took that option.

I get that you are English, so you don't know or don't care. The Second Amendment literally say "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed". I think that is pretty specific. We do have a few exceptions to that *after* someone has committed a crime. Allowing the government to determine who is or who is not allowed to own firearms without any reason is when we get what's happening in the UK where people are being arrested for hurting peoples feelings.

It's true that the shooter donated $15 to a pac to help progressive Democrat candidates run against establishment Dems years ago but really doesn't mean anything now. People do change their political identity over time even going from one extreme to the other, particularly people with mental health issues.

The truth is since then he's become a registered Republican and voted for Repubican candidates in the '22 mid terms. If that isn't strong enough evidence of what his current political leanings are he was also a member of the NRA and as someone on here already pointed out he was a big fan of a pro-gun youtuber even wearing his T-shirt during his attempted assassination. Overwhelmingly he fits the profile of right winger.

It's not uncommon for the supporters of public figures to become so obsessed with them that they try and murder them for ignoring or feeling they were betrayed by them in some way. "Dear Trump I wrote you but you still ain't callin'..."

From Breitbart:
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...ky25N4quOSQOrg

Quote:
Army Special Forces veteran Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) posted on X, “I have very reliable sources telling me there have been repeated requests for stronger secret service protection for President Trump. Denied by Secretary Mayorkas.”

Conservative show host Dan Bongino, a former New York Police Department officer and Secret Service agent, claimed that Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has “repeatedly turned down requests” for more Secret Service protection for Trump.

“I want to repeat, and can absolutely confirm, the USSS Director Kim Cheatle has repeatedly turned down requests for a larger security footprint around President Trump. Despite knowing the threat level is catastrophic. Resign tonight,” he posted on X.
Whatever the truth of the alleged denials for manpower, it’s a Bad look for Secret Service and especially its fairly-new director from Pepsi Kim Cheatle.

I don't doubt the guy was a Republician. But that's not going to make Trump look bad because he is already hated within his own party, which is frankly not America-First.

The GOP is full of traitors who have undermined Trump since 2016. If they were truly loyal, they would've never allowed such oversights leading up to the attempted assasination to occur in the first place.

Trumpism >>>>> Republicianism.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.
