The Oreo soda/Coke cookies
Has anyone tried these since they've been out?
I have tried both. If you drink the coke when it's ice cold, you can get a hint of the cookie flavor at first and then it just turns into coke zero. The cookies, you cant really taste the coke flavor.

I had the cookies & really liked them. If you like cola flavored popping candy, which is in the cream, well, just add that flavor to a normal oreo in your mind, & you know what you're getting. Pretty sure it's a blonde (dyed red & branded Coke) cookie & a chocolate cookie. Don't think I'll bother trying the soda, but I bet my weird ass would dig it. Anyway, the Sour Patch Kid Oreos, on another note, INSANE. I went through like 4 packs of those.

Saw the cookies yesterday, but didn't buy them. Shame if you can't really taste the flavor. There's a Coke flavor, too?
Had the space themed Oreos a while back with the blue/pink icing and popping candy in it, so was curious if these are any good. Not really a cola soda person, but the "pop rocks" in the other one was kinda fun. |

When it comes to Oreos, I like the Mega Stuff (3 times the size of the cream), but with milk. I also like cookies and cream flavored ice cream and protein shake. I don't know about having Oreo soda. Does sound like it mixes well.

I saw the Oreo-flavored Coke at my nearby Family Dollar, but I didn't grab one. Eventually, my curiosity might get the best of me, and I hope that I won't regret it.
(I still avoid orange vanilla Coke for a reason.) I'm just happy that I've been cutting back on the sodas lately.

Got the cookies and tried them today. They’re ok. They’re not as Coke flavored as I was hoping. I have not seen the Oreo Coke yet but I want to try it.
I recently found a jar of Oreo Cream Whipped Frosting. It’s good but again not what I was hoping for. It’s more basic vanilla than Oreo cream. Why is it so hard to just put Oreo cream in a jar? The Peep flavored Pepsi they made last year for Easter was delicious. Very marshmallow-y. I’m disappointed they didn’t bring it back. They also missed the opportunity to name it...Peep-si. Would have been cute. I love when they make unique and limited flavors of sodas, snacks and such. They don’t always taste like you think but they’re cool. I had those Thanksgiving Jones Sodas a long time ago. They weren’t very good except for the cranberry one. There’s some on eBay from 2005. There’s no way those are still safe to drink. Looks like they stopped making them.

I always try these limited flavors even though Coca-cola has a very bad record with them in the last few years. I disliked most of their limited flavors, such as Starlight.
But I love OREO so I bought both the drink and cookie version of this collaboration. Sadly... didn't like either. Especially the oreos. I'd rather eat most of the standard flavors (regular, pb, choc, dark choc, mint... I think that's most of the permanent ones?) over these any day easily. As for the coke zero (why is it only coke zero and not regular coke too?) I was hoping it would taste slightly more like the oreo cookie but it tasted more like vanilla coke, just not as good. Was a bust for me. |

Funny enough my boss brought a pack of these into work for everyone this morning. It's not bad. I don't know that I'd guzzle these but... they're 0 calories so why not?
I always appreciate soda companies trying something new. I wish, for example, that Pepsi would not only bring back (again) Crystal Pepsi but make a 0 calorie variant.
