I’ve tried to be civil and good humored about the political posts. And while the overtly political posts have lessened, there’s been a lot more “dog whistle” posts and comments popping up. This is unfortunate.

I know from experience that the people doing this will outright deny their intentions. At this point, however, the prospect of outright banning people who do this is not off the table.

In the meantime, I ask the well-mannered members here to please forgive the momentary issue we’re having with the trolls.

My mod powers being limited as they are, I am only able to mildly harass the members in question. For that, I also apologize. This is not the way I wish to conduct myself on this board, and I know you deserve better.
