Is there a reason Radical and Complete Carnage were never in the show?

I can't say for certain… but I can tell you that Complete Carnage and Radical were never near the top of my list for favorite characters. That may have had some part in our not including them in the 4Kids series.

It is a shame they were not part of the 2K3 show, I liked the comics.

Prob just doesn't like Radical because she kissed a Turtle and liked it.

And Carnage by association, if you can't add him without including his mortal enemy.
