Children's TMNT Books
So my girlfriend's three year old son is living with me now. I showed him the first couple episodes of the original series yesterday. And I gave him my original playmates turtles (and Shredder, Bebop, Rocksteady, Ray Fillet, and Mondo Gecko because that's all I have left of the original line).
Anyway, he loves all of that. But all my TMNT books are comic books. I might end up reading him some of those but what I am really looking for are actual children's books. I bought all the TMNT "Little Golden Books" that they have on amazon but they were all based on the 2012 show except one. I would really prefer OT or 2k3 stuff, if possible. And, of course, I'll wait until he's an adult to show him the Michael Bay movies and Rise so he can make up his own mind on those. So I don't want anything based on those. Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you looking for suggestions as well as someone parting with the books? Because I may be able to help you find copies of what my boys have from my childhood.

Damn, I sold my old school TMNT story books recently.
I know they're not exactly what you're looking for, but I do have some based on the 2012 show, they're digest size, full color, simple text. Meant for little kids. Have a coloring book or two as well, stickers & tattoos included. I'd be happy to send them to you for the cost of shipping if you're interested.

If you're open to 2012 stuff, I have a stack I was considering getting rid of.

The only thing I really don't want is Rise stuff.

I am interested. Unless it is Little Golden Book stuff because I just bought all of those I could find. Either way, much appreciated.
