So, got an email from BBTS. They filed my order for Swamp Thing. They didn't upcharge me to the 19.99 they had it listed, I got the original pricing, but the shipping was still almost $10.

I came across 2 action figures from the show a couple weeks back... Had to go and try to find an episode online to reminisce. The Gold Knight and Sir Lancelot. Funny, I didn't every remember seeing them actually in the store.

Spoiler:
Those are pretty legit. I held off on ordering the Green Ranger, due to having an unfortunate number of variations on him already. Was really tempted by the Red Ranger as well. SwampThing finally game in. The box was huge. I guess I didn't expect SwampThing to be as big as he is, either. Its not really forced perspective, but that figure behind him is from the MOTUC line, which are pretty decently sized. Makes Rocket Raccoon look SUPER tiny. Even in comparison to the other DCU Classic line figures, Swampy is HUGE. He towers over DKReturns Bats and even DC Direct Arkillo. |

I had to have that green ranger. When I was a kid, my mom would refuse to buy me the actual action figures of the rangers(thought she was crazy, they was only 5 bucks or so). Gonna order the red here pretty soon too.

I ordered some vintage Samurai Pizza Cats gashapon (capsule machine) figures from Ebay last week and got them yesterday.
They're very tiny, but highly detailed, and most importantly, had my favourite, Bad Bird, in the set. The rest I could take or leave, and might sell in the future.

Sigh. One of those Swamp Things should be mine. It should be mine, dammit!
The deluxe one just isn't the same. I prefer the more classic look. Maybe I'll break down and get some of the old Kenner ones off ebay. I had those as a kid and loved them |
