I just compiled a list on a Microsoft Word document, eventually I would strikethrough the names of the figures I got hold of.

This is what I could recommend... You make a pivot table with headers for all the info you want or the categories papa smurf is talking about. From there you can use the pivot table to display what ever u want and chart it if you want.

You can pivot over figure name, variation, year, cost, your appraisal, a "rarity" rating, you can grade the card blister and figure... Options are endless
