I haven't done many of the turtles from Turtles in Time because I have seen a few around. I do plan on making them sometime. I did make some non turtle ones from Turtles in Time. Here are a few of the foot soldier ones that I have done:

I also ripped the foot soldier with the Kusari-Gama.

There wouldn't happen to be any good ol' Old Toon style Shredder sprites, would there? Just the video game ones, eh?

I saw a great Krang sprite in here holding a balloon I beleive. That's so cute!

Where do you find sprites?

If he is in a game wearing his cloak it wouldn't be to hard to get.

Any of the non-animated sprites from my sprite page should work just fine for you. Some of the animated ones will too. I"ve had luck with "donwait.gif" on the page.
