After April O'Neil and Casey Jones married eatch other, got children and lived happily togtether until death separated them.

The turtles entered society. Donatello became a scientist, and Leonardo started a karate school. Michelangelo became a comic and cartoon creator while Raphael became a psychologist who helped children who often got into fights during the breaks at school. Splinter passed away from old age and was buried in the garden of the farmhouse near Northampton, Massachusetts.

Whenever the Triceratons showed up to attack Earth, the Ninja Turtles teamed up with the Justice Force (now maybe consisting of ancestors) to clean-up.

Something like that.

I'm not saying it does fit there or it fits better there, more that it's ambiguous enough that someone who didn't watch any of the other seasons would still understand the plot perfectly had they watched it after Season 3.
