Do you think you will still be posting on this forum in the year 2030?

Some of us have been here for over a decade or since the early 2000's. Assuming the forums don't ever get shut down or all forums don't die off permanently for social media in the next decade (which could very well happen since twitter and reddit are where everyone is these days), will you still be here?

I'm sure I'll still be here. I'll be in my 40's by then educating everyone about TMNT history, the young kids who aren't even born yet.

Probably, but sparsely. I already post way less than I used to as most conversations around here turn into politics or self indulgence almost immediately.

Just what a typical SJW, far left, cultural Marxist would say. Why can't topics around here be about what I want to talk about.

Cue up Zager and Evans and maybe we'll still be posting in 2525, assuming the internet achieves sentience and begins auto-posting various "legacy accounts" using algorithms calculated from past user histories!

No, this forum is almost dead at the start of 2020, it has an old forum software and even newer ones can't compete with social media, less people and less people will come until its dead. It might not even be online by then.

I don't really plan on any of us having internet access in 2030, which is why I've begun stocking up on tin foil and coconuts.

I don't know, not sure what life will be like by then or if I will care about talking fan stuff on the net still.

We got nine more years until then. If the webpage is still up and running in 2030, then I'll probably be around.

If the forum stays online and I'm still alive, I will more than gladly be here remembering Mirage and its artists and hearing stories from you big and armed american guys on the other side of the ocean. What can possibly happen to the franchise in the next ten years? I hope Peter and Kevin will be fine. Maybe the Turtles will be a Disney property, like everything else.

I’ve been here for more than a decade, I have to admit you never know because I took some time off from this place once, I’m glad to be back though. I do often think about if this place will still exist in 2036, if it does, I’ll definitely want to talk about the TMNT episode One Upon A Time Machine.

I really hope that The Technodrome forums are still around in the year 2030. We'll all need something to keep us occupied since at that point it'll be illegal to leave the house at all due to COVID.

If the Turtles are still getting new stuff and there's still people with attention spans long enough for actual discussion who want to talk about it...mostly likely.

And probably all the comics and movies by that time will just be about superheroes heroically rounding up people who break COVID lockdowns.

The forum will still be around as long as someone is paying the servers that is hosting it.

I knew this forum around 2008 or 2009, there was a Chinese forum about tmnt and a member here tOkka had a account in that forum too and he posted some artworks of his.

I registered this account around 2014 for some reasons I don't remember.

I reach this forum most time if I have some activies with the tmnt franchise, like Bay movies, and a very late first watch of 2012, etc.

I knew tmnt for a long time since 1987 version but sources are limited at that time and my most love-able is 2003.

I don't much into new products of the franchise, even though I like Batman VS Tmnt very much, I only watched it once.

I've been active recently due to I was rewatching 2003 last year. There was really not much things about the franchise itself. I find General Discussion interesting though even I don't know a lot of topics you are talking about.(Like I have no idea what the last thing you eat like an ancient person don't know a car.) And someone talked deep English I don't understand.

I don't have any social accounts both in English and Chinese social media environment. I think most of them are toxic. Stupid people talk about stupid things, and it's hard to make a living and if you don't improve youself you will be obsolete one day, so I don't have time involving into stupid things. This is a better place, at least not groups rant each others. But 2030? Who knows.

Probably. That's nine years from now though. I could see the interest here ebbing and flowing across that time. Once TMNT comes back as strongly as TMNT '12 the activity will pick up, so even if anyone fades off for a while we'd be likely to see them again with enough "pop culture hype". That goes for me as well.
