What was even the point of destroying the "Turtle" van before they ever even fvcking used it?

I wrote it off as a plot device in order to have some technology for Leatherhead/Krang to go after.

So is Kitsune mortal now? That's what I thought.
Rat King is kinda confusing because we know he has all these powers to do pretty much whatever he wants, yet he just let's people have their own free will to just do as they please for the time being. So what is he after? He can freeze people, wipe their memory, go into their dreams, kill people, change things, uh...anything I forgot? I mean he already "won" what does he want exactly? I assume we'll see Krang and Ch'rell reunite, I wonder how that will be at some point. |

Maybe when Krang makes his way back to Burnow, Ch'rell (and the others) will be like "what the hell? You intended to leave us with a desolate wasteland?" |

Loved the homages to the original Shredder toy in this issue between the shirtless Shredder on page 3 and the eyes on the brow on page 7.

I read this issue and thought it was good. But where does this issue fit in the timeline?

It blatantly takes place shortly after issue 100 and before issue 101.

I hope we get a few more stories to fill in the gaps, particularly with Casey Jones since we don't see him anymore.

I wonder what the EPF will do to the Dragon's corpse.
Cloning? Super soldier serum? Putting it into a compost pile to make fertiliser? |

You know just realized this is probably the last time Alopex and Angel work together, because after this Alopex is in Mutant Town working that restaurant/day care/whatever it is and Angel isn't allowed in Mutant Town because she's a human.
They should pair up Angel with Casey again on missions instead. |

technically this is a "mystical" dragon, so i'd say all bets are off.

Man, I may be a big Sophie fan, but this year's Annual really hit it out of the park for me with tying back between issue 100 and 101, with the very welcome return of the Rat King tying things back together into a knot of rodents tails
It feels like a great contrast aside the main series and it's good to see what's going on with some of the other characters we've been missing a bit I get folks maybe missing the main turtles being here, but, hey, there's a whole Alopex/Angel chapter? I am catered for, so am heavily biased in that regard in how happy I was to read that section! Honestly, not just my fangirling aside, that chapter was my favorite on just how much was packed into that one area of the annual with the fate of Leatherhead/Krang shown and now dangled even further for what may come next, as well as tying up the Rat King's plans and just how far he's eager to tinker with everything going on whilst preparing for the next game that he and the Pantheon decide to play with the mortal world I need to also call out special love for the alt covers, Kevin's Leatherhead/Krang combo rocked severely, and Santolouco's cover was my own fave, if only now because I NEED to know more about all these inhabitants of Mutant Town depicted in it, names, backgrounds, stories, I need pictures of spiderman damnit! Anyhow! Well worth the price of admission and thanks to Tom and the crew for putting this one together!
