UPDATE: (1/24/2011)
=================

The turtles have been updated and that problem with their Special Intros not working in WinMugen has been resolved thanks to Mugen creator KojiroBADNESS.

I strongly recommend everyone re-download and update their archives again so that their turtles are universally playable in both WinMugen and Mugen 1.0.

http://dcat.mugen-infantry.net

Thanks.

So what's next on your list of goals... more SEGA characters?

Well, I gotta say, it's been a real joy watching all 4 turtles on screen in Team Battle fighting it out and then watching all 4 of your Streets of Rage characters throwing down! Your Sketch Turner is great too, but he just needs some more friends! Maybe there are some Golden Age brawlers in your future? Or dare I say... Shinobi Joe Musashi?

I don't know who designed the Comix Zone Mugen stage with the constantly changing panels, but it's my all-time favorite one. Sketch Turner is perfectly at home in it!

Yo, Dcat, I see you have added a new stage to your creations! I've always been curious to learn how the stage making process works. What kind of program do you use and do you have any tutorials?

You use the same program that you would when making a character only it involves fewer files than a character creation would. You only need an .SFF sprite file and a .DEF text file which assigns positions to the sprites and creates the dimensions of the stage.
The sprites don't need to all share the same palette like with characters however they must be reduced to 256 colors & share the same transparency color value as color 0 in their color indexes. Stage creation involves a lot of basic adjustment in the stage's.DEF file & observation of your changes as they're actually displayed in-game so it can get tedious. That last stage I created took a lot of doing since I had to rip all of the sprites from the game myself before I even got started coding & aligning things properly.

There's a tutorial here: Complete Stage Creation Tutorial

-Good luck!
