Who else thinks they should have mutated Xever into Tokka?

For some reason, in this series, they made Tokka some space kaiju turtle thing. Since Bradford became Rahzar with his second mutation, I think they should have mutated Xever a second time as well and made him Tokka instead.

How would that work? After all, both of Bradford's mutations were dog-based. So in Xever's case, since he was mutated into a fish and not a turtle, they could have de-mutated him, only for him to get mutated again, this time as a snapping turtle.

And with that, we would have had Bebop and Rocksteady, and Tokka and Rahzar all working together in the same series.
