It really amazes me that Mikey was able to use a centrifuge without something bad happening.

Meh, too much work. To be honest I'm already wasting enough time on this forum as it is xD

Maybe I'll open one up, or rather update the one I created once upon a time, once I start taking art classes this semester and become competent enough to start working on a couple personal projects (:

I envy the Hell out of you people with artistic talent. I'm an author, which is okay, but a well-drawn picture is worth 10,000 words.

Woah, woah! I never said I actually had any talent xD

As a matter of fact I've never really drawn (or for that matter done anything 'artistic') much in my life. I'm more of an analytical kind of guy. However, I've gotten to a point in my life where that ain't cutting any more, and I'm trying to explore new things. Since I always enjoyed illustration and such, I decided to start with that. We'll see where that takes me, but for now all I can say is that I'm really excited about it

Also congrats on the author thing. I've tried my hand at it a couple times and I always end up frustrated. Having so many possibilities at my disposal blocks my brain, and the only thing I end up actually doing is taking a nap

I think that knowing how hard it actually is to make something, really makes you value people who actually make stuff a lot more. That's probably why I have a deep admiration for artists, writers and all those wonderful people who feed our imagination with marvelous tales and awe striking depictions of imaginary worlds.

Yup, that's how I feel about creative works, too. I used to have symbiotic relationships with artists - they'd draw the art I wanted to see, I'd write the fanfiction they wanted to read, and everyone was happy in the pants.

I bet you'll be better at visual art than you think - if you're hyperanalytic, you can learn to do it without getting caught up in art block or bogged in the unimportant details. I'm the same type, to the point that it becomes a burden at times, so writing is really a way to set myself free. I really need to try my hand at some TMNT fanfic.

Yeah! He gives Raph a lecture beforehand, but it's his look that says it all. Really love those moments - you'd be surprised how often those two share a look in the background when stuff's going down. I think the Raph/Leo dynamic is one of my favorite things about the whole show.
