Correction for your post... 10/17 for Shredder and 10/18 for the foot. At least that's what their listings say.

Ah, good catch. Didn't notice they had different dates and just copied and pasted the one. Thanks.

My bad. I don't collect or have any interest in this line. Just saw it posted up on Walmart and didn't remember seeing these here. Fixed.

Is anyone hoping Mattel covers the rest of the Mutanimals in this line?

The thing I don't like about this line, and perhaps, I am in the minority, is that half the figures look tacky and half look awesome.

Just built Metal-Boto tonight. That one was equally as fun as it was annoying have it lie around for so long. Usually a BAF isn't a close to a one year ordeal...

At the end of the day I don't know what I'm ever going to do with these beyond sitting in storage though. They are fun as hell in theory though. I dunno... maybe I'll do some big MOTU-style display at some point.

I wonder what’s next after the Super Shredder wave. It would be cool to see a Baxtor (Baxter and Webstor mixture).

At this point it's gone so deep that it's practically become it's own amalgam toyline. We have only gotten a few characters as "themselves" in the Eternian world - the He-Man with the cloak and the four turtles basically wearing Eternian armor.

Everyone else has been some amalgam, right?

Would anybody else like to see Nickelodeon go all out promoting Turtles of Grayskull? There are already Funko POPs and a comic book series. It would be cool to see stickers of the turtles in their Grayskull gear and books covering the story. I really like the designs for this one.

That would be great, I’d love an animated special too, but I know that’s almost an impossibility.

I could see an animated special in the style of Batman vs. TMNT in the future. Then, Mattel could sell the animated versions of the MOTU and TMNT characters from the special like what they’re doing now with the Filmation He-Man characters.

My cases of the latest wave showed up and I have to say that I really like the "Stealth He-Man" and "Stealth Leo" style figures much, much more than any of the amalgams. I get a kick out of these characters being in each others worlds more than the combined character idea.
