I CANNOT believe this. This is the game collection of my DREAMS and to see LIKE EVERYTHING thrown in (including the multiple versions of games like Turtles in Time and Tournament Fighters) is more than I EVER thought we would ever actually get. 10000000000% buying this and if a physical version is announced, it is MINE. (Hopefully it'll get confirmed for other platforms like Switch soon as well.) To get this IN ADDITION to Shredders Revenge this year is just...*chef's kiss*.

Awesome! Now no one will have to pay over $100 for the NES Tournament Fighters!

But seriously, this is amazing!

Is this confirmed for Switch or Xbox?

No, weirdly enough it seems to be a PS exclusive. I'm not sure why but for now at least, it seems to be one.

Well, good for Sony if they ponied up the dough to get this done. I do hope it at least comes to Steam eventually. I wonder if it will feature a production art gallery like the Konami Anniversary Collections. Also, will all the original music make the transition this time?

So, all of the classic TMNT games (sans Manhattan Missions) in the collection?
Konami pulled its head out of its ass for 5 minutes?

I wonder how many titles will have online support?
Ideally all of them, sans TMNT'89 and Game Boy titles. It would be fan to play NES TF online, lol.
Oh, and, of course, I hope for the PC version.

My gut feeling is only the two arcade titles since the work was already done for that via Arcade1up WiFi cabs. But maybe Digital Eclipse will impress me.

Edit:
The arcade beat ‘em ups all have online co-op, but no claim was made about the fighting games.

TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection coming this year

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-78FD9xvc0

https://www.gameinformer.com/2022/03...tures-13-games

With this, I'd especially look forward to playing the TMNT Arcade Game and the arcade version of Turtles in Time. The former was unlockable in TMNT 2: Battle Nexus that came out for GameCube, PlayStation 2, and X-Box in 2004, but the music was changed.

Now if the earliest Ninja Turtles movies get released on 4K this year, I'll have it made.

Like i said in the TMNT games section, I'm pleasantly surprised by this announcement. Never would I imagine this day would come. And it turned out even better than I had expected to with 13 games.

Definitely getting this for the Switch. Having TMNT Arcade game, Turtles in Time, Manhattan Project and SNES Tournament Fighters all on the same console and being able to play them on the go? Sweet!

I went ahead an checked if anything was excluding (barring Tiger Electronics and crap like that of course). Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Manhattan Missions and the 2003 based games are the only Konami games excluded.

I'm guessing the main reason 2003 games are excluded is because most of them were probably around 1GB, thus too hefty. And throwing in the one GBA game might seem a little too off brand.

More than enough room, considering the main 13 games only take up maybe 20 megs in total. Probably less.

Two GBA games were made by Konami. I guess games based on the 4kids series are not considered classics enough.

I hope there's some extra stuff for my favorite TMNT game, TMNT 3: Radical rescue.

If Konami actually went in and somehow edited old Gameboy ROMs that'd be pretty impressive. But highly doubtful. This just seems like some kind of mainframe with menus utilizing different emulators to access ROMs that have been readily available for eons.

I wouldn't be remotely surprised if there was the same game glitches, too, like TMNT 1 NES.

And wow, TMNT 1 NES. Give that one a full remake, like the full-on FFVII Remake treatment. Every mode in it (the regular mode, driving the Turtle Van, the swimming), to modern standards. I'd play that in a heartbeat. It was the only game that actually tried to be a TMNT game.

How would you guys improve Hyper Stone Heist? It's a good gamt but falls in the Shadows of TiT.

For me taking into consideration that it'd still be rushed and without much of a budget so I won't go crazy with ideas.

Boss rush mode would've had bosses from the arcade that weren't already used in the game, so at least it feels like you're fighting something new to this game, Slash, mud man, etc, even if they're the same exact enemies.

I'd also one other level mixing up two arcade levels like the other levels are, perhaps parts od the first level of the arcade game only it's not burning this time and some other with Bebop being the Boss. It's just triggers me to have Rocksteady without Bebop in a game.
