Anyhow. Just wanted to mention I saw a/the tv ad for this a couple days ago. Included some claim to also be renaming M&Ms to something reflecting her name, too, so it's definitely a thing, but definitely also just a gimmick. But they sure got attention for it, as surely intended.

Maya does a long awkward initial spot in Q2.

Spokescandies announce their return, with Purple getting last word, after game is over.
Twitter account change name back to M&Ms.

Maybe they ran out of money?

Didn't catch any Super Bowl ad, but on a muted tv at a restaurant I did see a brief glimpse of another female character (new?) alongside the rest, a peanut M&M kind of a pinky-purple color and the words to the effect of the M&Ms being back. Was that from Sunday?
