Sounds like a legit concern. Though as someone who never watched Supergirl, it may not have much of an effect on my viewing experience.
Superman is much more popular, so maybe they are aiming this at folks like me, while saving themselves some casting time and money.

Maybe I'm a little cold, but I'm pretty much done with anyone taking their job complaints to Twitter. I get that it can be a powerful change for movement, but I don't think that's what is happening here.

It was pretty good. Woe Park is a great addition to the show. I really enjoyed Tyler being able to shine with no Supergirl (nothing negative against Melissa!) there to one up him constantly. Hopefully this show remains WOKE free because it has the makings to be really good.

Cushing with the air guitar on the whisky...damn they're making it hard to not like the guy sometimes

Lois taking charge of the family and nullifying an argument before it can escalates was the perfect tonic to predictable CW antics. Keep that sort of thing with the teens and not the family. Well done.

Sam keeping all the kryptonite stashed for Clark's 'protection'...nah, totally a precaution in he cases he goes rogue. Clark should have just said that to him, but, y'know, boundaries with the relatives.

And god damn the ending...Injustice? Crime Syndicate? Knightmare? A little of all three?

It is really weird how every single show gets "renewed" after its first episode nowadays.

I guess it's not a "problem" except for all the really good shows of years' past which never had any chance to reach a satisfying resolution or conclusion because "the numbers" said it wasn't worth doing any more of them and so they were cancelled prematurely. Nowadays it's like "F*ck it, we're doing This Many and if people don't watch then oh well." Like, why does Batwoman get infinite chances despite the fact nobody watches it, but it took 24 years for more Twin Peaks? It all feels rather arbitrary.

Yeah well, it’s what popped up and i didnt check the site for legitimacy and when I saw Leo’s post, I just went with it.

But we all know the show sucks without needing ratings to confirm that. Just trying to figure out why it’s still on.

Saw episode 2. Long term I can see the whiny kids thing wearing me down but a pretty solid episode.

Is all the "hell" stuff a clue that this will end up being a loose adaptation of the H'El storyline? With Superman's evil brother or somesuch?
