Time must really pass more quickly as you age. I feel like the Gellar movie was still recent, but -geeze- that was fifteen years ago now?!? Yeesh.

It sounds like a marathon is in order - The Grudge, Ju-On, The Ring 1 and 2, and then Pulse to round it all off.

On another note entirely, we need a new zombie flick at least on par with Snyder's Dawn of the Dead. Everytime I feel this way I go and buy some c-lister Zombie movie from wherever and it's a total waste. We need some zombie freshness!

I think this is one of my favorites of the Bishoujo line. Up there with Chucky and Pinhead.

It was great wasn't it? I'm a big Lovecraft fan... I love his writing and his implication of insanity by way of something being "so hideous, evil and other worldly".

Ive been looking for a copy of Weird Tales February 1928 for a looonnnggggg time.

I absolutely adore "Hereditary" and "The Witch". I'm pretty picky with horror films, but if anyone else loves these two as much as me, and has any recommendations, I'll gladly take them.

Dear god, Scream, Elm Street, Texas CHainsaw Massacre, Hellraiser and Saw are dead franchises, let those franchises die with dignity and make new franchises and new icons.

All wishful thinking on the part of the filmmakers anyway. After the global depression hits, anything that isn't guaranteed to be worth the money simply won't be made. So, we can forget anything but Marvel movies and Disney remakes for the next few years.

So, if you don't want to see any of these proposed horror remakes, good news, they're not happening. Pretty much no movies or TV shows that have been recently discussed are going to happen now. They'd never be able to justify the expense when 90% of the country is out of work and likely to stay that way indefinitely.

Halloween Kills

Dropping this here as I can't find the thread where we talked about the upcoming Halloween sequels. Anyway, Halloween Kills has been pushed back a whole year and here is a teaser trailer

(Not good at getting the direct video to screen so If anyone wants to do that pls feel free and I'll delete my post)

It's too bad they couldn't push for a really big drive-in theater release or something. Probably would have left too many dollars on the table but it's fun to think about everyone getting excited to see the new big horror movie at the drive-in.
