Looking forward to it, the first was excellent.

I first seen Evangeline Lilly in Lost last summer. She's one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen

It's weird having it come out between he two parts of Infinity War. It's kind of like, 'here's the biggest thing ever', followed by the further adventures of 'some guy' and friends.

'The events of Infinity War may have been universe changing, but in Ant-Man, They made Thomas the Tank Engine real big! Maybe in Ant-Man and the Wasp they'll make a huge Tazo or something?!'

Wait, Ant-Man and Wasp haven't even been in an Avengers movie? Where is the outrage? They're founding members.

The latest movie literally featured a huge chunk of the Marvel cast since it's more of a crossover event than a proper Avengers film.

But to answer to your question, sometimes it's nice to have something more low key when big events are happening in a fictional universe, I always liked stuff like that.

It's funny when you go back and watch the first few seasons of Smallville where she's a regular background performer. She eventually has a featured role (one scene and no words though) but its funny to see her constantly wandering the halls of the highschool.

I didn't even know she was in Smallville. I've only seen a few episodes of it, though.

Trailer looks good, costumes are a bit boring and reek of X-Men 2000. I love that Wasp is getting such a push, she doesn't feel like a sidekick based on the trailer. This Wasp isn't Janet Pymm I suppose since Hank is an old man

I wonder if post Avengers 4 we'll finally be able to get a real Avengers movie with the core 5 Cap/Hulk/Iron Man/Ant-Man/Wasp instead of a Crossover movie like what it's become.

Looks like a pretty fun movie, just like the first. Some of that CGI was rough, though. Wasp in the van especially.

This might be happening during. Like maybe the news tv features the sky doughnut in NY or the movie ends with him or Wasp evaporating.

I'm still thinking this might after. Didn't "Infinity War" literally say Ant-Man wasn't there because he was on house arrest... and the trailers for Ant-Man & The Wasp show him on house arrest and then coming off house arrest? That definitely suggests after, or at the very least simultaneous to "Infinity War."

I would say it's likely mostly set before the events of Infinity War, with maybe some of it taking place afterwards

This was posted on Nerdist recently and confirms that there were some reshoots done, maybe to provide more context regarding the events of Infinity War

So, what do y'all think she's been doing in the Quantum Realm this whole time, making small talk?

Film has been screened to the press. Feedback positive. There are two post credit scenes.

Wow, finally this movie is less than two weeks away. It seems like it'll be as good as Infinity War but significantly lighter in tone. I'm really curious how it's going to connect to Infinity War and Avengers 4

As far as I know, she's Janet van Dyne... as in Hank's lost wife...

Yeah, she's not really a "secret character", considering she's been featured on posters for the film and we know who she's playing. But they are still keeping under wraps just exactly how Ant-Man and the Wasp find her and rescue her
