Well, as a big fan of old school kung-fu movies, and most of the Marvel flicks, I think I'll like this one. But we'll see how long it's pushed back due to coronavirus.

I want it to be more "kung-fu" than Dr. Strange was psychedelic.

Everyone talked about how trippy Dr. Strange was, but to me, it just had the trappings of a psychedelic movie. Nothing was really mind-bending about it.

I want to see Marvel surprise us with practical fights that blow our mind.

I like what I see. Who is the badass ninja villain? He's about to be my favorite MCU villain based on looks alone.

I really think the MCU is just ramping up now that Kevin Feige has the shackles off. It's always been more than the sum of it's parts, so if they can get those parts firing on all cylinders, we are going to be in for a hell of a treat. I'm already liking the direction the franchise is going with the Disney+ shows.

I can't tell you how much respect I have for these posts. Everything that has been going on - race swapping, gender swapping, etc. It isn't about inclusion. That's a lie. It's about people punishing whatever is "traditional" or considered to be pillars of "white culture" and doing what they can to harm and delete it. That isn't inclusion - it's invasion and destruction.

What you guys said there? See that is about inclusion. You know what else is about inclusion? Creating cool hispanic characters that can be integrated within these existing franchises to co-exist as archetypes alongside each other.

But making that point doesn't matter because like I said, the "other" people out there tearing these things down can't be taught because it's not inclusion that they care about in the first place. It's tearing down any aspects of white society and putting markers on those aspects as if they are "evil" when in fact most of them are not.

Who should've been the key player in Iron Man 3. Honestly, truly and directly because of Iron Man 3, I have absolute apathy towards this film. Especially because of the lies and manipulation for why they didn't use the Mandarin in that movie, but now here he is - a racist, kung-fu caricature in a caricature of a Kung-Fu flick.

As if that should be a point of contention. But these are the same people who were upset that Netflix didn't cast someone Asian for Iron Fist years ago.

I'm guessing they chose to merge the Mandarin with Zheng Zu simply as an apology for the Trevor controversy? The only other reason I can think of is that it is for the sake of simplicity, why have to chinese wizards when you can have one?

I think they kind of merged Hela with Death, right? They just forgot to bother to utilize her with Thanos in Infinity War and Endgame.

The truth is that the MCU has made swiss cheeze of quite a few of these characters, but we don't care because there's just an excitement in general at seeing them on the big screen combined with the "social event" that comes with it.

Without overstating it - Iron Man 3 was a damn travesty in so many ways. Even down to using a character as the villain who got three panels in the comic before committing suicide, and making said villain a "rich white guy" because... you know... that's more acceptable evil in today's America than a fictional Asian powerhouse crimelord.
