So there was a recent comic called "Rick Grimes 2000" that expaned on the alien joke ending of #75, in which:

Rick and several characters thought to be dead come back as cyborgs and fight goofy looking slug aliens who can hulk out, then take over their tech so they can go out in space and continue to kick alien ass.

Anybody thinking AMC might want to adapt that?

If you think about it for a while... the lack of proper showers and bathing in the zombie apocalypse makes a lot of LGBTQ (whether MM or FF) stuff a little more ick. Not impossible by any means, but...

Yes, of course... but moreso MM/FF stuff. I mean, just think about it.

Vaginas are self-cleaning. For the most part. But after a few months sans bathing... you're probably still not going to want to put your face anywhere near there... or even your hand. That makes FF stuff a little troublesome. Now your, ah, member? Sure. And then you can just tuck it back in your pants, even if it's not particularly super fresh. But a poopy member (and remember, even toilet paper is probably a luxury item at this point so a lot of people could be walking around with "engines hot") with no running water or real way to wash it off effectively, and then the idea being to probably do it again the next day, and the next? Eh... doesn't seem like a good or appealing long term gameplan. So there goes the MM stuff.

At least, I would imagine.

I think I stopped watching this series around season 6 or 7. It stopped making any sense around that time. The first three or four seasons were great and Neagan was a really good character.

Almost. They're about to do the Commonwealth main story, giving Michonne's whole story over to that other lady. I also suspect they're going to give Rick's whole Commonwealth story to Negan.

Then we'll get the Walking Dead movies led by Rick which will probably have some kind of CRM vs. Commonwealth all-out war. And running zombies.

The Daryl & Carol show will be out around then, too. And the anthology "Tales of the Walking Dead" as well.

Last I knew he had been MIA/assumed dead for a few seasons now... and since him & Michonne are getting a series, he's not dead yet.

I was guessing they were going to swap and have Negan be the one to get shot in bed... but clearly not with him getting a new show.

They really love killing the suspense, don't they? The only one we care about that might die is Carol, and that's only because she pulled out of the Daryl and Carol show.
