If Nick cares about ratings then they shouldn't add the episodes to I Tunes early.

Nick really can't expect much considering they don't promote the show at all. I doubt it'll get taken off air but season 6 is NOT happening at this point I'd assume.

I'm happy with what we got though. 5 seasons was the original plan and it seems that was fulfilled.

Nick gets money from itunes since they're paid downloads. They obviously wouldn't do it otherwise. Its not like they're uploading episodes for free.

And they shouldn't even waste their time doing it.

It only takes one person to get the episode, who then plasters it online for streaming, torrents, and throwing it up elsewhere illegally for tens of thousands of people to see before it airs.

One person buys the episode, streams it and 20,000 people watch it before it airs. Nick just loses 100 grand. Is that really worth making that measly 5 bucks from someone? No, that's dumb. And the only reason they do this is because the DVD sales aren't very good, and why's that?

Because the show is everywhere to be viewed online. If Viacom would do what they've done for every other show they own and block the show off the internet and then promote the show a little bit, Viewership would go up, and sales would go up. But both are gradually going down, why? Because no one knows when it's on and it's becoming easier to find and view places it shouldn't be after it does.

The itune uploads are mostly for parents to buy for their kids.

since the beginning of season 3 i've been buying the season pass volumes on amazon video.
they used to post each new episode the day after they aired, but now it posts the day of first thing in the morning.
and thank goodness for that!!!
i can watch the episode a few hours early and not be subjected to commercials for the thundermans or henry danger or whatever doofy shows they air these days.

The latest episode, Bat in the Belfry, had an increase in viewers. Reversing a sad trend since it came back from hiatus. 1.465 million viewers(respectable...for seasons 3 & 4 anyway, and 50,000 viewers less than the seasonal average) http://www.showbuzzdaily.com/article...9-11-2016.html

Now, we enter a new hiatus. Hopefully this will only be for 1 month though which is looking to be the case.

you know if this series was running on cartoon network they'd be showing it in the late afternoon on the weekday and advertise like crazy. personally i think certain executives wanted this series to fail so they could use it as a tax write off or something.

Considering Brandon left Nickelodeon it is possible for there to be more than 5 seasons. Their probably going to wait this season out and possibly part of season 5 to choose whether there should be a season 6
