Even more scrapped TMNT 4 90's art!

http://www.comicsalliance.com/2012/1...kevin-eastman/

Whew. Lookit dat.

Good to know that whoever bought the art and script package when it went to auction decided to share with the rest of us. The dude who bought the Transformers the Movie first draft didn't, which was a huge bummer for the community.

"Bugman", "Lawson", "Talbot". Very cute.

Kirby with a black bandana and claws makes him look exactly like Slash. What's the point of making him look so similar to Slash?

I remember a few months ago that a number of those pictures were already posted on the original auction website and I ripped them.

Are there any new character art that wasn't already shared before?

I put all the old files together into a zip file in case anyone is still interested:
http://www.mediafire.com/?youltl7epa7q6d3

EDIT: This was my favorite piece that the ComicsAlliance didn't repost:
Spoiler:

This seems to be a major plot point in the would-be movie pitch.

Too bad a full script has yet to materialize on the internet!

Are you suggesting there is a partial script somewhere? I'd love to read it.

wow. not a big fan of any of those ideas. especially considering the downward spiral direction of quality the movies were in back then. seem cheesy on the page...can only imagine them cheesier on screen.

Thankfully this never happened... I didn't think there was anything that could make Jar Jar look like Wolverine.

Yeah, this had the potential to be truly, truly horrific. Somewhere there exists a lot of Mike Dooney biomechanical designs for the movie, too... I've never seen any of them posted but I know they exist.

I can't help but think it would make for a very entertaining comic book, however.

I admit, I'd be interested in seeing this fleshed out from the closest-to-firm version of the script that exists out there into comic book form...

... but not that interested.

One thing I do feel kinda bad about is how harsh the internet peeps are being on Kevin's art style now that this stuff has finally garnered mainstream interest.

Some of the comments I've seen include "Are these really movie concepts, or eighth grade boys binder scribbles?" and "Let's just say it was easier to get hired as a concept artist in the 90's."

I mean, I know Kevin's art has never been polished, but that's a little harsh.
