Feb 2003, I would have been 21 for another month... I think. I did not watch any of 2k3 until a few years back, in full on YouTube. I wish Nick would get with it and do a dvd box set. I liked the more adult themed vibe & Mirage callback stories most.

I was 16 and I don't even remember anything besides the Fox box logo smashing my eyes constantly.

I was 3/4 years old.
But I don't remember approaching the TMNT until when I was 5.

When did this show debut again? Even thought it's known as TMNT 2k3 I believe it actually debuted in the later months of 2002?
So, I was 12. And even if it actually debuted in 2003 instead then I was most likely 12 still since I was born in November. I don't think the show made it to Portugal until a year or so after coming out in USA, though. First time I watched it was in 2003, I believe. But maybe they were already rerunning the 1st season by then since they'd air a 2nd season episode and then show a 1st season episode afterwards. That's how it was for a while. It was a pretty exciting thing to have a modern TMNT cartoon at the time. I had grown up with FW TMNT reruns on cable TV in the late 90s and early 2000s. Meaning, I was a fan of a dead franchise and there were no TMNT toys for my kid self to buy. 2K3 changed that. Christmas 2003 was a glorious one to me since I finally accomplished my childhood dream of having TMNT toys. |

I was 21 (going on 22) when the first episode of the 4Kids series aired. I'm 99% certain that I was out at the bar the night before.

I think it started around Feburary or March of 2003. So I was still 7 at the time, and I remember missing the first episode because we were on a family trip to Mexico which coincidentally happened again when Fast Forward debuted... The following Saturday, I remember not knowing exactly what time it was supposed to air so I just got up and started flipping through channels. I remember seeing April and mousers on screen and turning it off because I figured it wasn't on yet, but then my mom told me it was on and I quickly turned the TV on and sure enough, it was it.

I'm pretty sure I was a freshman in college. I remember some of my classmates and I were excited that a new TMNT series was coming out.
