That's about what to expect size wise. The figure there is a little over 6 inches. |

I think there might be more figures to come, especially if these sell well. I know Transformers have a Revoltech line as well, and they did include both Autobots and Decepticons in their figure lineup.

These are the definitive versions of the Nick Turtles. I am so buying these guys. Hopefully they make more characters to go with them, as a lot of the Playmates versions are disgraces.

Imagine the possibilities if they continue with the TMNT license. I hope we get Shredder and/or Splinter at the least, but I'd also love April, Karai, Casey and any other character they would do Can't wait to get my hands on these!

I hope they have second wave or at least a Shredder! I'm sure April will be popular in Japan so shes probably being considered.

WOAH WOAH WOAH, everyone needs to calm down and take a deep breath...yes these are exciting and amazing figures and i can not wait to own them, but we must remember.....Revoltech is NOT an everyday toy company, these toys are not found in stores, they are a collectors market, and if they are found in stores its not toys r us..is a comic book shop or newbury comics...they do not to do full lines of tv show/movie characters...
they cater to the older crowd over anything else..these are High End Action Figures if and IF this line does well i bet we could see Shredder MAYBE Karai but to hope for a full line is not an ordinary thing for them just look at their transformers line we may just be getting the turtles from this series

now their adult collectors figures are more NECA and Diamond Select toys, and even then they are for obscure franchises i wouldnt get your hopes up for toys r us to import these as the price mark up would be if you just did it yourself as far as i know the only store to ever carry revoltech and now the occasional figma is Newbury comics Gamestop website also has figma guys based off video game characters (link,Samus) but honestly it will also come down to if they can even be released in the US since playmates is the main TMNT toy holder in the US

0% Chance of TRU getting these. They COULD show up at Barnes and Noble... they seem to carry a lot of Japanese figures these days.
When pre-orders start, get them from amiami.com and use EMS shipping, you will get them fastest. If you order from BBTS you could end up waiting much longer, and probably pay more. Also yeah it's possible Playmates license may not allow these to even be sold in USA, Canada or parts of Europe. So if you order from a Japanese website, you bypass this problem. In short... if you want to make sure you get them, don't just hope a US retailer is going to carry them. Order from Japan and then you can relax and just wait for it to arrive at your doorstep. They listed a price point at $40-$50 each. I can deal with that, I was planning on getting the battle shell basics and buy other figures to swap some of their heads. Now I'll just drop that plan and get the Revoltech turtles and hope to see more figures in the future. |
