Has Paige Turco ever talked about her experiences in the TMNT movies?
I was looking for interviews from her, similar to the various ones from Judith Hoag. I haven't found anything specific to the TMNT franchise, she seems to only give general interviews. Has she disowned the movies or something? I'd really like to see something about how she felt about TMNT.

There's an old thread about this same topic, you should check it out. If I remember correctly someone was trying to contact her for an interview.

It seems no one was able to get a hold of her or of any interviews about TMNT. My guess is, maybe she wants nothing to do with it anymore. I know that's kind of harsh, but based on her body of work since TMNT II and III, it seems she has participated in a lot of dramas and other adult shows. It could be that she shuns the TMNT franchise, as it might be 'embarrassing'. I've heard of actors who feel that way about kid franchises they were a part of. I could be 100% wrong, though. My general suspicion is that unlike Judith, people aren't as interested in interviewing the "replacement April O'Neil" from the 2 movie sequels that aren't looked upon nearly as favorably as the original (or at least asking her April O'Neil questions).

I think I've seen one or two interviews with her from devoted fans over the past 20 years or so (you know, maybe the Geocities and Fortunecity days). As far as cons, usually the people like her getting invited are only the people putting it out there (their agent, whatnot) that they WANT to go to said cons. Maybe she's just not the con sort.

That is very disappointing but I guess I am not fully surprised. I hope people can still get autographs from her somehow.

If it isn't Beckett certified then stay away from it. And take the small Beckett tabs (like the one pictured) anyday over the certification sheet. The tabs were witnessed by a Beckett rep first hand. |

I own Paige's TMNT 3 script, and she definitely wasn't impressed. But hopefully her experience making both movies was a bit better.
And to be fair, it's a terrible script. The final movie isn't quite as bad, but it's pretty clear the writers were playing a game of how many pop culture references can we drop. Spoiler:

Maybe, maybe not. Neither 2 or 3 were good movies, though. 1 was.

Agreed! No offense to Judith, but I felt that Paige looked better in the role and portrayed the character better. I am surprised at how little she gets asked about it and I also at how extensive both she and Elias Koteas filmography is, but Ninja Turtles is virtually the only thing I have seen either of them.

Agreed. It's a pretty early draft, I think.
