Ha! Another one of these free-to-play crossover skins!

Looks about the same league as the TMNT X World of Tanks event.

The little figures and vehicles on the ships remind me of the Mini-Mutant Turtle Transport metallic figurine sets from the 1990s!

The Turtle Blimp (glider and balloon) flies on Donatello's remote control, like the baloon in Return of the Technodrome?

Actually, the Foot having a battleship makes some sense (the Manhattan Project submarine, and the 2003 series ship Kuraiyama), but not the Turtles.
