Great pick up right there, I've seen that set put to use real well with turtle figures over the years. Wouldn't mind having one myself.

Yeah, grab one! They are not that expensive compared to other playsets such as the Wayne Manor, and obviously the sewer lair. I didnt mind the incomplete set because it only cost me 15 dollars, and it was only missing the garage door, and a few small accessories.

I just got Night Flight E.T. from NECA. Beautiful, beautiful figure. It originally came out a while ago and I missed it then, but apparently it's been reissued and I bumped into it at my local comic shop today. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with the interchangeable neck it had the first time around.

Got some more figures of Downtown (Gaki No Tsukai), these designs are based on their look in the intro to Lincoln, another program of theirs.

I picked up the Buildable Lego General Greivous a couple days ago. He's $25 in stores. I blew $65 at the arcade and managed to get enough tickets to win him, but he was worth every penny (or quarter). Oh my god is he beautiful. I wasn't too keen on the buildable figures at first, but Johnny-4-Arms is ripe for the treatment. My only problem is that he isn't very limited in the leg area, so he falls over quite a bit. 9/10 toy. |
