Bump.
Just saw this thread for the 1st time AND I'm a total foodie, so... The last thing I ate was a baked penne dish that my wife and I do for dinner 2x a week. 12 ounces penne noodle 1/2 cup black beans (we cook dry) 1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes 12 green olives (diced) 8 basil leaves (diced) or just used jarred basil 1 large carrot (diced) 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Cook noodles as directed (usually boil for 8 to 10 min.) Lay noodles out in a deep pan. Top with all ingredients except vinegar and spices. Mix well. Drizzle vinegar over the entire dish and sprinkle with spices. Bake @ 400 F for 30 minutes. *Optional: Top with shredded cheese after serving. |

I regret what I ate today, decided why not be healthy and have salad sprinkled with 'super good' seeds... yeah, my body is not happy. My stomach hurt for a few hours and left me feeing tired with goosebumps.
The potato I not long ate (comfort food) helped at least. |

Er, just the broken remains of what was left of some tortilla chips and a small bowl of Ortega taco sauce as dip after 1am... with a side of antacid tablets. Not sure I'm human-ing right.

Kiwi and frozen blueberries. Let 'em thaw a bit and stir it up and coat the kiwi chunks in blueberry juice... yum.

Mott's fruit snacks.
Though I'll never stop wondering, if they are "assorted fruits," why is one of the shapes...a carrot? lol |

Made myself an omelet (5 eggs, chopped onion, mushrooms, cheery tomatoes, parsley, dill) with sausages and banana. Then for a drink, I added blueberries and pineapple to some lemonade with ice in a blender.

So I bought a pint of Jack Daniels, and had four pork chops soaking in a ziplock bag for like 48 hours. Well last night I threw them on the grill and HOLY $HIT every bite is like doing a shot of Jack.

Those Zombie Skittles that I guess are kind of a thing.
The good flavors are decent. The hidden bad "rotten zombie" flavor is of course gross. Got three in the little snack sized pack I was given. Brother in law thought they taste like garbage. I guess he let it linger too long. I spit it out quick... thought it was more a mix of orange, mushroom, and feet. Blek. lol |

One of my current favourite dinners (store bought anyway) smoky Tofu Burrito, with red onions, peppers, sweetcorn, beans and spicy sauce.
