Roasted pumpkin seeds. (Second year in a row I managed not to burn them.)

Extra Hot Chili & Lime Pringles... and then a Nature's Bakery raspberry fig bar to cool the heat.

Gotta toast them just right, too easy to under or overcook. Plenty of recipes out there suggesting various seasonings, though we just like them salted. My own negative is that they're just a pain to get out of the shell. |

All I tasted was the salt. Figured if I wanna I could just stimulate the economy by buying a box of Cheez-Its and get the same effect.

Did Cheez-its start using less salt. I bought them recently and felt like it was missing.

Honestly couldn't tell ya, I actually haven't had any in a few months. Tasted pretty godlike the last time I had 'em, though. Especially those new "burnt" ones. Mmmmmm-MMM.

I actually was diagnosed with "silent reflux" disease, so I'm on the "bland diet" for a while until the guts and throat settles. So just a whole lot of things like eggs, white bread, light peanut butter, and raisin bran.
I actually already feel a ton better but I'm craving a f***ing cheeseburger.

I have GERD so we've been eating the same meatless meals like always but... changing it up to eat less processed and... less spicy.
tonight i made a mexican casserole thing. layered nachos with white rice, black beans, spinach and light dairy sour cream... on my side of the dish and my wife got spicy toppings on hers... garlic, jalapeno, cayenne pepper, cheese etc. it was good! |

Honestly, a lot of you are like mid 30's and early 40's, no?
How the hell can you eat half this stuff? Do you not get digestive issues? Seriously! |
