Batman Forever was a modest success and is actually a decent film compared to "And Robin"
Revisionist history is fun on your end isn't it? |

Not everything stands the test of time, and even at the time, Forever was awful, while and Robin was un intelligible. Bayturtles is and Robin bad. The sequel? With Fatbop? Time will tell. I re-watched Bayturtles last night for the first time since September of last year. I thought maybe I had my hater goggles on the first time. Nope, it made less sense on the second go. It's blatantly obvious where they made cuts and inserted shots to change the Shredder arc, and the movie clearly suffers as a result. If Green makes a decent flick, I'll be the first to admit I was wrong...but so far, things are looking dire. |

Bebop was getting it on with Sasha Banks and gave them to her for her entrance.

Huh, so they actually kept the purple mohawk after all? as well as the nose ring and red vest? It's really surprising how cartoon accurate it is.
As for Rocksteady, are we really going to have a ginger bearded Irish Rocksteady? That's gonna be interesting... |

Absolutely, We are finally getting mutants, that are a serious threat to the Turtles and the City. Tokka & Rahzar from Secret Of The Ooze were ok, But they were just acting like babies and posed no threat.

At least IDW's Slash and Nick's Dogpound/Rahzar have given us some form of Tokka and Rahzar that are badass threats not to be reckoned with. And speaking of badass threats not to be reckoned with, it would be so lovely if 2016's Bebop and Rocksteady were anywhere close to the IDW verisons' love of murder, slaughter, carnage, and destruction.

The phrase 'cowabunga' existed well before they used it in the Turtles. 'Booyakasha' is something they invented for the show...this generations Cowabunga it is NOT. People actually used to say Cowabunga; i have NEVER heard booyakasha come out of anyones mouth, that didn't first hear it from Nick's TMNT.

Bebop and Rocksteady however, since it's their thread... I'm eager to see how the reaction to the CGI models goes. And how they translate some of the elements of the human actor's costuming to look enough like what happens in CGI. Bet their pants magically grow with them since we can assume they'll be huge. lol Last edited by IndigoErth; 05-29-2015 at 01:20 PM. |

I'm starting to wonder too if the Halloween theme has something to do with the way Bebop and Rocksteady are dressed. Odds are its just because they're out of touch, wanna be bikers/thugs but just throwing that out there as a possibility.
