She was one of the most requested characters. Though why does it seem like people are less excited for Rocko out of all three characters? I'm just as excited for him because I love that show.

Still weird that we've no Fairly OddParents characters yet.

Voice-acting (and items) have FINALLY been added. Cam and Townsend are Leo and Mikey, Jim Cummings reprises his old fill-in role as Shredder, and Abby Trott is now April!

Was Renee Jacobs too busy to voice for the game? Glad to see Frank Welker reprise his role as Garfield. Sad that Tim Curry couldn't reprise his role as Nigel due to his stroke though. Seeing Richard Horvitz makes me hope for Daggett Beaver to appear as a DLC fighter.

Here's a video of voice acting, though some of the characters sound off. Tom Kenny is clearly trying to distinguish his voice for Dog from his Spongebob voice.

I didn’t even know they finally added the voices. Playing it now and it’s downloading several updates.

Yeah, voice acting was added the same day it was announced. I haven't played the game in a while and probably won't until Rocko comes in. Still hope for Angry Beavers and other show reps to enter. Fairlyodd Parents has to come at some point.

An Ultimate Edition has been announced which includes all the DLC characters. Guess some of us should've waited. Also, does that mean this is it for DLC characters? What about a potential sequel?

Could be, sometimes these game have an Ultimate Edition and still get more dlc. I'm not sure about a game like this one. I can see a game with a somewhat more 'grandiose' vision like Multiversus to do that.
