I'm kinda surprised Peter didn't redo the whole comic, to be honest. You see that a lot. Complete revamps of the original, with new art, slightly changed dialogue, etc. I'm sure that'd cause a real uproar, lol, but it's cool that Kevin's down with it too.

I had asked Kevin a more direct question about it..."Do you think Peter is trying to draw you out of the first issue."
He was pretty non-committal about it...saying that it wouldn't really bother him even if it was the case. Which led me to a more open question..."So tell me about the buyout." Kevin said "I couldn't be happier" and went on to tell me about different instances that led to the decision, mainly tiffs between the two of them that I'm not going to air out here. But the gist was that Kevin wanted an end to the drama and bickering about who got to say and do what about what. "I have too many other things that I love to be constantly worried about one thing" (gesturing to various properties in the HM booth). |

Pop Art
I really liked the new toning style in the later volume four issues. Towards the end the panels popped like pop art. I can't say the same for the remastered volume 1 issue
