But they are the "monsters" that get rid of "bad"monsters... I just hope they won't have "new gen" teenage attitudes because then we are all screwed.

New generation. Like, talking as if they were current teenagers. Using their slang & such.

That's what I thought. But why would we be "screwed" if they did talk like that? It doesn't sound like a big deal to me, unless you have Donnie saying something like, "hizzouse!"

Anyone read the comments on the Nick website for this pic? It's mostly replies from kids like these:
"I can not wait!!!!!! U and Donnie are my favorite!!!" "all the green is so awesome i might go blind" "i used to play as you on tmnt the arcaade game" "you are definetly ready" And then there's this guy: "Humans fear what they do not understand. Despite how confident you may be, I don't think average New Yorkers will be prepared to come face-to-face with five-foot talking, walking ninja reptiles. Master's Splinter's probably told you a thousand times over already, but if ever you do find yourselves topside, always be discreet. And more than that, let your conscience be your guide." That's either one articulate 10-year-old, or somebody who's a little older than the Nick message board's intended audience. |

Hey guys, there's a new TMNT game up on Nick.com:
http://www.nick.com/games/teenage-mu...?navid=aLevel1 I kind of assumed that we'd only get Dark Horizons to tide us over until the show premieres, so another new game is a pleasant surprise. |

Aw, that was amazing! I never dreamed Nick would reference Turtles in Time SNES. Complete with the music even! Man, even the title is perfect! DeFEET the Foot? It's like classic Playmates wrote it. Awesome.
My one complaint is the controls. The controls listed at the bottom of the screen are just copied over from the Dark Horizons game. Took me awhile to figure out how to thow the foot. They are similar, except Z is used to jump. To thow enemies at Shredder, attack the Foot Soldiers until they become dizzy. Then hold space, don't do it next to the Soldier or you will end up killing him, when you're character flashes white go to the Foot and let go of the space bar. I wonder if the show will have awesome nods like this? I'm so hyped! It may be a coincidence, but the loading screen reminds me of the title screen from Super Metroid: |
