In Tehran, Iran, protesters have clashed with police. A 22 years old woman died in hospital in Tehran on Friday following three days in a coma. She was arrested by the Iranian police on 13 September for violating the law requiring women to cover their hair with a hijab, or headscarf.

I was reading about that last night. Their government is claiming "It was a heart attack" (at age 22 ), but her father said she had severe bruising all over her legs and they refused to let him see the back of her head before they took her body away.

Beaten to death by the "Morality Police" because her hijab was "too loose". F*cking lovely. Skull bashed in because she might have had a few wisps of hair showing and that's "tempting" to the f*cking animals who can't control themselves.

Keep raising the f*cking bar, Islam. The inherent irony of "The Morality Police" smashing a girl's skull in for no reason will go entirely over your heads, I'm sure. But yeah, it's all about Peace and Love.

I hope the women over there go full-on revolt. Forget burning their headscarves, I wanna see 'em start setting their husbands and the politicians on fire instead.

Heard about this the other day via an Iranian citizen. Supposedly obvious signs of concussions, etc. Sorry, but this is what the extreme conservative kind of crap (to the level parts of this nation seems to be craving) leads to, harmful restrictions and overreactions to things, like hurting someone to the point that they die because of a clothing choice, and there is no sense to it. Bad enough there are dress requirements that, if not followed, wouldn't make the would collapse, but you'd think there might be reasonable "punishments" like, oh I dunno, a fine?

So some women dies because she had HAIR, that her deity apparently wanted her to have or it wouldn't have grown atop her damn head, by theist logic.

because I personally think conservative and extremism don't belong in the same sentence. isn't that where alt right and alt left came from? if it's that extreme, it's something else, like islam.

as for 'one nut job'.... the MSM is controlled by the democrats. I only found out about that 'one nut job' by browsing twitter comments on the presidents timeline. imagine how many more go un reported cause 'doesn't fit the narrative?'

The story about the lone nut wasn't suppressed, it showed up in my Yahoo News feed in no fewer than 5 separate articles by 4am last night and I wasn't even looking for it. If the mainstream media is trying to squash the story then someone should tell them that's a bad way to go about that.

The "no true Scotsman fallacy" helps no one, it only avoids solving problems.

It's either acknowledge as an extreme faction within an ideology or those who are truly not extreme in their mindset (or actions) need to consider some rebranding to disassociate themselves.
