I was wondering how the hell the Finger was beating the turtles like that when they're successfully trained in multiple styles of Martial Arts.

You also mustn't forget the wrestling homage. I still seriously like this ep for all that alone. Still wish Piper could've voiced the Finger. Ventura was good, but Piper would've been great! His wrestling persona was nuts! He had a split personality. Would've been great! Total nostalgia!

Yeah, the Turtles don't know wrestling moves, so that put them at a big disadvantage. They should learn some.

I can just see Playmates letter to Ciro and the gang: "We need to sell more Turtle variants. Can't you have the Turtles learn to wrestle or something? You had that Jesse Ventura guy do a guest spot in that one episode, so why not bring him back and have a wrestling themed episode?"

I would die if they did this, or if they got another wrestler like John Cena or Triple H to do a voice. That would be freakin' awesome for a wrestling fan like me!

I just said that previously in this thread about Savage. He would have been awesome.

I'm not entirely sure what I just watched, last episode was a full on horror take and this feels more like a looney tunes episode. I laughed, but was expecting something else I guess.
Big foot was hilarious, and the finger was...um. (it was harder knowing my former governor was voicing him, no wait I take that back. IT WAS HILARIOUS!) |

Yeah, it was hilarious and just awesome for Jesse to voice the villain. He was great.

Ha, now Mikey kind of knows how Donnie feels...,
And even with his upcoming crush, looks like Mikey's not going to be a daddy in the (far) future (ouch). I'm also wondering about what BigFinger babies would look like now, About the 'cousin's name', I could have sworn he said 'Fatfat', <.<

This episode deemed to me like some sort of comic relief from the dark tone from the first one. It was really nice. Don't want to go off topic but I wish Randy Savage had voiced The Finger. I can't stand Jessee Ventura after what he did to Chris Kyle's widow.

I agree Savage would have been perfect, but Jesse did a good job, too.

I still say, Piper would've trumped both.

You're right in that, but unfortunately he wasn't available.
