Shreeka's... Shriek? Moan? Burp?

This sure was a weird adaptation of Return of the King.

It's almost meme worthy.

A shame we never got to see Tempestra Vs. Shreeka... that could have been fun.

Funny thing, I think, that's the only TMNT-related meme I've seen on YouTube popping in my random recommendations.

In general, I am quite sad that TMNT was unable to produce good memes for some reason. Maybe it'd helped franchise to be more prominent.

Was that Eartha Kitt voicing her?

Shreeka is too unknown for becoming an Internet meme.

I always felt the episode with not-Robocop had meme potential.

Nope!! Joan Gerber voiced Shreeka. She also voiced Agatha Marbles in the same season's "Sleuth On The Loose" and the underrated "Case Of The Hot Kimono" in season 3.

That clip is definitely meme worthy. Such drama. lol

The FW show is chock full of weird and amusing images and errors, so it really is strange it itself hasn't produced much. Maybe if it hadn't missed the boat on the internet and the concept of memes there might have been plenty. Now I guess it's too niche.

The only one I've seen a couple of times in the past year or so it 2003 Leo with his soda cup and something to the effect of "if turtles hate straws so much..."

Its quite strange, really.

TMNT contemporary, like He-Man are known for its memes, just search for Skeletor anything and famous "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! song.

And for TMNT almost nothing.

Shreeka actually did become a bit of a meme in the Game grumps community when she was mentioned in the first 1 minute 30 seconds of this video:

As for why tmnt is not getting good memes? I'd say its a mix of many fans being on the older side and taking the whole thing too seriously.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

Was funny right before this seeing Rocksteady being intelligent:
(Shreeka caught the hot stone)
Rocksteady: I don't think you should've done that.
Shreeka: Why not, you overgrown oaf? My hands are impervious to heat.
Rocksteady: But your ring ain't.

Wouldn't be the first time Rocksteady had some brains. Remember in Plan Six From Outer Space when he and Bebop were holographically disguised in their pre-mutated form to infiltrate Channel 6, so they decided to get jobs there? At one point Bebop got impatient and almost blasted the guy interviewing them and Rocksteady scolded his buddy, telling him "The first rule of business etiquette is to never threaten your superior with a proton blaster."
Another classic moment from the original cartoon, which I feel would make a really good meme as well, especially with the current state of the job market.
