This is tough to list as I like lots of different music. And a lot of it is indie stuff from local metal bands, huge fan of that scene!
Top ten: TooL Pantera Sepultura August Burns Red (although I am not a fan of what they preach, they are just damn good at playing) Simon and Garfunkel All that Remains Cat Stevens Meshuggah Opeth And then a ton of Dance, Electronic, classical, and lots of indie stuff.

Holy ****! Theres some good taste in music on this board!
I saw like 3 or 4 people mention Sepultura. I don't care for them after Max, but I love all the old stuff. For years I hated Meshuggah, so them live, thought meh (though it was an insane show and my dad was up front with me), than a bud lent me OBZEN, and I was like wow. Good Stuff.

You guys, listen. Listen, I need help, you guys. There's this band, right. They're old and not super famous from what I remember. They're kinda like My Chemical Romance but not. Along those lines. I can't remember their name or any of their songs, but damn it it's killing me. One video started with the lead singer like, stepping out of a limo and attending a funeral and junk. A rock video at a funeral, I know, but help me out.
There was also this one episode of Smallville where Lex did something super messed up at the end. As he walks away in slo-mo, one of their songs plays. I liked this song and when I looked it up it was like only a minute and a half long, if that helps. HELP?! Oh, and my head keeps going to 3MI when I try to think of their name, but I know that's not right. You guys. I'm counting on you. My head will explode. |
