Did anybody grab anything on free comic book day?

I finally got a copy of Action 1000, the 25cent DC NATION #0, and some indie comics from the weeks before.

Also, it's been a while, and I noticed Sumac got the boot.

Over the last week I’ve read Amazing Fantasy #15 & The Amazing Spider-Man #1-6. I’m reading up to issue #10 because that’s how many issues my volume contains. So far I like AF15, ASM#2 & #6 the most.

I'm working on To Green Angel Tower, Part 2 by Tad Williams. It's been quite difficult to find enough time to read, though.

On my iPhone Kindle app, I have Trial of Intentions by Peter Orullian

As for comics, I've recently started the IDW TMNT series. It's been quite enjoyable so far

I've been reading crime novels by Michael Connelly, and God they're amazing. I'm mainly reading the Harry Bosch novels.

Just finished The Nasty Bits by Anthony Bourdain, and about to start The Rum Diaries by Hunter S Thompson.

This is apparently my summer of verbose misanthropic white dudes.
