3000 Years of Longing (new George Miller movie)
So a new George Miller movie, his first since Fury Road drops in like a week and I had no idea it existed until 2 minutes ago. wtf. Did any of you guys know about this? I generally go to the movies if not every weekend then every other weekend and I haven't seen one preview for this anywhere, ever. This will surely flop.

It probably will flop, but I think it looks wildly entertaining. I wouldn't mind seeing it....

Oh, I'll definitely see it. It's just... wtf is the marketing budget? Like $1,000?

Oh right, right. Yeah I only heard about it from an obscure news source from my "entertainment" newsfeed. Crazy.

And it'd be one thing if it was coming out in a couple of months or so. It's coming out in like a week! Insanity.

Got buried with Amazon's acquisition of MGM bring finalized recently. Shocked this is still even getting a theatrical release and isn't going straight to Prime like that Sly Stallone superhero movie from MGM.

Now I'm seeing a lot of TV spots and such for it. But what a weird marketing campaign! I'll go and see it because George Miller but... I have no idea wtf it's about. A genie and Tilda Swinton and... random stuff happens? Eh.
